ClRaised by coyotes in the depths of the flint hills of Kansas, Charlie was always a curious young lad.. Occasionally wandering into town to scavenge from the locals' garbage cans until one day, he was captured by carnies and brought to the northwest, in an attempt to make him a premiere sideshow attraction.
Charlie quickly learned the sophistication of modern society(eating cooked food, wearing clothing, etc...) The leader of the carnival, Kristopher N. Lane, noticed Charlie's interest in the arts, and rigorously molded him into the tattooer that he is today, and the rest?.. Well the rest is history.
Some foggy nights, you can still hear him, wailing at the moon like some kind of sick bloodhound....
